给出配流副流场REYNOLDS方程,采用变分原理建立有限元控制方程,然后给出油液粘度的变化规律,将配流副密封带分为内外环密封带和间隙密封带三种区域,用有限元法对配流盘一个转动周期中多个转角下的各个小区域求解REYNOLDS方程,得到配流盘多个转角下油液粘度随油压及油温变化时以及认为粘度恒定不变时密封带油液压力分布情况,然后采用二维复化数值积分方法得出小区域所受液压力,进而求得配流盘所受液压分离力及其作用点。并将两种计算结果进行比较。
The REYNOLDS equation of the secondary flow field is given. The governing equations of the finite element method are established by using the principle of variational principle. Then the variation law of viscosity of the oil is given. The secondary flow belt is divided into three kinds of inner and outer ring sealing zone and gap sealing zone. The element method solves the REYNOLDS equation for each small area under a plurality of rotation angles in a rotation cycle of the flow plate, obtains the oil viscosity of the seal zone with the change of the oil pressure and oil temperature and the change of the oil viscosity Force distribution, and then use the two-dimensional complex numerical integration method to get the hydraulic pressure in small area, and then find the hydraulic pressure distribution plate and the role of the point. And two kinds of calculation result are compared.
