本文报告３１例创伤性颅内血肿采用ＣＴ片定位，经头皮锥颅注入尿激酶溶解血肿抽吸治疗，２～５次抽吸后ＣＴ复查显示血肿清除彻底。经３月～２年随访，全部患者恢复良好，认为该方法是一种安全、有效、简单、省时、费用低廉的治疗方法。
This article reports 31 cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma using CT film positioning, transcutaneous scalp percutaneous injection of urokinase hematoma aspiration therapy, 2 to 5 times after the suction CT examination showed complete removal of hematoma. After 3 months to 2 years of follow-up, all patients recovered well and considered this method as a safe, effective, simple, time-saving and low-cost treatment.
