人事档案是人事管理活动中记述和反映个人经历和德才表现,以个人为单位组合起来,以备考察的文件材料。主要是由人事、组织、劳资等部门在培养、选拔和使用人员的工作活动中形成的,是个人经历、学历、社会关系、思想品德、业务能力、工作状况以及奖励处罚等方面的原始记录。是个人参与社会方方面面活动的记载和个人自然情况的真实反映。因此,管好用好人事档案,对人才资源开发起着重要作用。现结合几年来档案管理工作的实践,着重探讨一下人事档案管理工作中存在的问题与建议。
Personnel files are documentary materials describing and reflecting personal experiences and virtues in personnel management activities, and combining them on an individual basis for inspection. It is mainly formed by the work activities of personnel, organization, labor and capital departments in training, selecting and using personnel. It is an original record of personal experience, education, social relations, ideology and morality, professional ability, working condition and reward and punishment. It is a true reflection of the individual’s participation in all aspects of society and the individual’s natural conditions. Therefore, the management and use of personnel files, the development of human resources plays an important role. Now combined with the practice of file management over the past few years, we focus on the problems and suggestions in the personnel file management.
