教师专业发展观念要走向自我发展的道路,需要教师建立自我专业认同感,养成自我专业发展意识,增强专业发展自信,提高自我效能感,这样才能达到教师专业发展和教学效果提升双赢的良好效果。结合工作实际,从教师自身的观念、教学基本单位教研组的建设、合理有效的教学管理机制、和谐互助的团队意识等多个方面对教师专业发展的影响因素进行分析。
Teachers should follow the path of professional development to the path of self-development, teachers need to establish self-professional identity, develop self-professional development awareness, enhance self-confidence in professional development and enhance self-efficacy, so as to achieve the teachers’ professional development and teaching effectiveness to enhance the win-win results .
