品德与社会是新世纪课程改革中新开设的一门综合性的必修课程。随着课程标准的实验和教材编写的深入,广大理论工作者和实验教师,对新课程标准和教材有了更深入的体会,笔者作为教材的编者,很想就课程标准实验和教材编写中的一些思考与同行进行研究和探讨。1.课程标准研制的突破。本次研制的课程标准体现了课程改革的基本理念,内容经过精心的选择,引入了最新研究和发展信息,在课程标准的呈现和表述中,突出了以下几个特点。(1)在相关的内容中提示了教学活动的建议,给教材编著和教师活动以恰当的提示和建议,便于教材编著者和教师准确把握课程标准的基本内容和学习方法。通过教学活动提示开阔教师的视野,给教师的教学活动预留了一定的空间,能够引导教师在示范性提示的基础上进行新的思考和新的创造。(2)课程标准中提示了评价建议,对本课程的教学评价具有指导和借鉴意义。因为有关评价问题,可以说是本课程研究和探讨的难点,特别是对于综合课程来说,如何对学生进行评价更是一个难以把握的问题。(3)通过人与人、人与自然、人与社会三条主线,以儿童生活的线索和同心圆不断扩大的方式构建课程内容,综合交叉、螺旋上升,适应学生认识社会的范围,儿童的视野随着不断扩大的生活范围而不断扩展,体现了课程的生活化。
