The meeting was organized by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways and was convened by the Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Railways Railway Construction Institute of the main talk. Four Japanese experts attended the meeting, from the Japan Railway Institute of Integrated Technology, the East China Sea Railway Company, East Japan Railway Company. The Chinese side has relevant ministries, bureaux and various production, research, teaching and management departments in the road
