目的:了解健康成人在自然状态下对狂犬病毒的细胞免疫作用。方法:运用淋巴细胞转化试验,检测自发淋巴细胞转化率和狂犬病疫苗剌激后的狂犬病毒淋巴细胞转化率,以后者减前者计算出狂犬病毒特异性淋巴细胞转化率。结果: 94名健康成人的狂犬病毒淋巴细胞转化率均数为8.95%,自发淋巴细胞转化率的均数为8 .81%,两者无显著性差异。狂犬病毒特异性淋巴细胞转化率的平均值为0 .138%,标准差为2 6.34%;其正常值范围为≤5%。结论:自然状态下健康成人缺乏对狂犬病毒的特异性细胞免疫力。
Objective: To understand the cellular immune effect of rabies virus in healthy adults. Methods: Lymphocyte transformation assay was used to detect the rate of lymphocytic transformation of rabies virus after spontaneous lymphocyte transformation and rabies vaccine stimulation, and the rabies virus-specific lymphocyte transformation rate was calculated by the latter reduction. Results: 94 healthy adult rabies virus lymphocyte transformation rate averaged 8.95%, spontaneous lymphocyte transformation rate of 8 .81%, no significant difference between the two. Rabies virus-specific lymphocyte transformation average of 0.138%, standard deviation of 2 6.34%; its normal range of ≤ 5%. CONCLUSIONS: Healthy adults lack the specific cellular immunity to rabies in their natural state.
