钟群鹏院士是我国著名的失效事故分析及预防决策专家。 那么,什么是失效分析及预防?我们不妨回顾一下近代航天史上一次典型的事故。 1986年1月28日,美国“挑战者”号航天飞机正进行第10次升空飞行。这次飞行向全世界进行了电视实况转播,现场也吸引了无数前来观光和准备欢庆的人群。但是,这却是一次令人失望的飞行。助推火箭点火升空后仅仅73秒,整个“挑战者”号就被剧烈的爆炸撕毁,碎片拖着火焰和白烟四散飘飞,七名宇航员全部罹难。全世界都看到了这极其悲惨一幕! 这是一起典型的航天失效事故。分析事故
