根据集中供热采用微机控制的需要,设计了一种光电隔离的远距离通信接口电路,实现了PC/386与8031单片机间的三级通信。该微机测控系统中,从巡测仪到换热站及换热站到上位机间最远通信距离为5km.实用通信波特率为110波特。文章介绍了测控系统的硬件结构和软件编程方法。
According to the need of centralized heating with microcomputer control, an optically isolated long-distance communication interface circuit was designed to achieve the three-level communication between PC/386 and 8031 single-chip microcomputers. In the microcomputer measurement and control system, the farthest communication distance from the patrol meter to the heat exchange station and the heat exchange station to the host computer is 5km. The practical communication baud rate is 110 baud. The paper introduces the hardware structure and software programming methods of the measurement and control system.
