从物质经济向知识经济的转变是21世纪正在经历的最深刻的社会变革。随着知识经济时代的到来,管理已发生根本性变化。以知识为对象的知识管理,就产生于这一环境下。知识管理是在知识经济的大背景下,为了促进知识创新,形成知识生产、传播、交流和利用的良好环境,并将知识转化为竞争能力和优势而应运而生的。它是以当代信息技术为依托,对信息资源管理进行继承、发展和扬弃的一种新的信息管理理论与方法,代表着21世纪人类信息管理的发展方向和最新成果,成为管理学一个热门的前沿领域。作为管理领域的新生事物,目前,关于知识管理的论述可以说是仁者见仁,智者见智。人们对知识管理的概念和内涵等方面理解各异、定义多样,至今尚未达成共识。在此,笔者对知识管理有关问题和观点加以综述,以供大家参考和探讨。
The transition from a material economy to a knowledge economy is the deepest social change that is going through in the 21st century. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, management has undergone fundamental changes. Knowledge management based on knowledge comes from this environment. Knowledge management came into being under the background of knowledge-based economy in order to promote knowledge innovation, form a good environment for knowledge production, dissemination, exchange and utilization, and transform knowledge into competitiveness and advantage. It is a new theory and method of information management that inherits, develops and discards the management of information resources based on contemporary information technology. It represents the development direction and latest achievements of human information management in the 21st century and becomes a hot topic in management science Frontier areas. As a newcomer to the field of management, at present, the discussion on knowledge management can be described as benevolence and kindness. People have different understanding and different definitions of the concept and connotation of knowledge management, so far no consensus has been reached yet. Here, I summarize the questions and opinions about knowledge management for your reference and discussion.
