在民办大学,大学文化和企业文化并生并存,各有其优势和不足,两种文化不断产生矛盾和冲突,成为制约民办大学发展的重要因素,有必要对民办大学文化与企业文化进行整合。基本路径是:在目标整合上,追求创建百年大学持续发展的和谐文化;在价值整合上,追求“以人为本”与市场思维相融合的价值取向;在制度整合上,追求刚性与柔性统一的制度文化;在精神整合上,追求理性与人性、科学与人文并重的精神文化。
