微机编制全路零担车组织计划和全路篷布调度微机管理信息系统两项成果,于1990年8月通过了铁道部技术鉴定。沈阳铁路局吉林科研所完成的微机编制全路零担车组织计划,使零担运输过程模式化和计算方法程序化,克服了手工编制时的工作量大、速度慢、占用人员多、误差率高的老大难问题。并能保存和提供中间结果,为优化方案和调整方案提供了可能。该系统自1987年投入运用以来,零担直达率提高,中转比重下降,为实现各零担中转站畅通无堵起到了积极作用,并提高了零担车的静载重,创年经济效益上亿元。全路蓬布调度微机管理信息系统是由吉林科研所和沈阳铁路局货运处合作完成的成果。它实现了部与12个铁路局间以微机远程通信网
