以山东金岭铁矿φ2700 × 2100球磨机为例,运用弹流理论分析的结果表明,正常工况条件下,球磨机齿轮传动的齿面润滑状态为刚性体和变粘度弹流润滑。进一步从结构和负荷、润滑剂和润滑方法、维护和密封等方面分析得出,选择合适的润滑剂、合理的油池位置和搞好密封是实现弹流润滑的关键。
Taking the 2700 × 2100 ball mill of Jinling Iron Mine in Shandong Province as an example, the results of the analysis by the theory of the elastic flow show that under normal working conditions, the tooth surface lubrication condition of the gear transmission of the ball mill is rigid body and variable viscosity elastohydrodynamic lubrication. Further from the structure and load, lubricant and lubrication methods, maintenance and sealing analysis obtained, select the appropriate lubricant, a reasonable location and do a good seal oil seal is the key to achieving the EHL.
