本人结合多年来中职班级管理工作经验和目前班级学生现状,感受颇深,中职学校的学生是一个很复杂的社会群体。他们学习习惯差,思想复杂,集体意识及纪律性观念单薄,性格孤僻,自卑感强,自制力差,这对中职学校的班主任提出了很高的要求。而班级是学校的基本单位,整个学校教育功能的发挥主要是在班级活动中实现的,因此做好中职学校班主任管理工作是一项很大的挑战。搞好职业学校班级管理,个人认为是内部因素和外部因素的双向结合。 I have many years experience in secondary vocational school class management experience and the current status of class students, feel deep, secondary vocational school students is a very complex social groups.
