在贵刊1988年第3期刊登的“甲氰咪胍对眼睑带状疱疹的疗效观察”一文的启示下,笔者使用甲氰眯胍治疗不同部位带状疱疹8例,经验证有良效。患者男女各4例,年龄24～69岁。病变部位:头面部2例,胸背部4例,腰部1例,右腹股沟下1例,病程1～2周,皮疹典型,经其他方法治疗无效。治疗方法:甲氰咪胍200毫克,每日3次口服,疗程3～5天,不加用他药。效果:8例患者全部治愈,一般服药在24小时内疼痛消失,皮损开始消退,皮损在服药2～3天愈
Inspired by the article “Efficacy of Cimetidine on Eyelid Shingles,” published in Issue 3, 1988, No. 3, I used squarylium in the treatment of 8 cases of herpes zoster at different sites and proved to be effective. 4 patients were male and female patients, aged 24 to 69 years. Lesions: head and face in 2 cases, chest and back in 4 cases, lumbar in 1 case, right groin in 1 case, the course of 1 to 2 weeks, the typical rash, the treatment by other methods ineffective. Treatment: Cimetidine 200 mg, 3 times a day orally, course of treatment of 3 to 5 days, without his medication. Effect: All 8 patients were cured, the general medication disappeared within 24 hours, the skin lesions began to subside, the lesions in the medication 2 to 3 days more
