在0.05MPa压力、下吸式气化炉上,以含水10%、含植物油10%松木屑成型10mm颗粒为原料,进行了高温蒸汽气化实验研究,探讨了生物质蒸汽气化过程中温度、水蒸气与物料质量比(S/B)以及CO2浓度对H2、CH4和CO及其它生成物的影响,实验研究得到:随着气化温度的升高气化产物中H2的体积浓度增大,CO2浓度减小,总产气量也在增加,最优气化温度在850~950℃之间;提高S/B有利于H2的生成,H2、CO、CH43种气体体积浓度之和也在增加,但S/B较高时,CO2体积浓度有所增加,0.89~1.32时比较适合。
In the 0.05MPa pressure, down-gasifier, 10% water containing 10% pinewood chips containing 10mm particles as raw material, high-temperature steam gasification experiments were carried out to study the biomass steam gasification process temperature, The effect of water vapor to material mass ratio (S / B) and CO2 concentration on H2, CH4, CO and other products was studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of gasification temperature, the volumetric concentration of H2 in gasification products increases, CO2 concentration decreases and total gas production increases. The optimum gasification temperature is between 850 and 950 ℃. Increasing S / B is beneficial to the formation of H2, and the sum of the volumetric concentrations of H2, CO and CH4 gases is increasing. However, when S / B is higher, the volume concentration of CO2 increases, while 0.89 ~ 1.32 is suitable.
