针对泡沫夹层复合材料进行了研究,提出了泡沫穿孔的办法来提高泡沫夹层复合材料的层间性能。采用有限元方法对穿孔泡沫夹层复合材料的平拉强度进行了预测,使用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了穿孔泡沫有限元模型,预测了单孔结构的强度,并采用体积分数法推测了多孔结构的平拉强度。同时,本文制作了不同孔数实验件,进行了平拉实验。实验结果表明,文中采用的有限元模型能够较为准确的预测穿孔泡沫夹层复合材料的平拉强度,同时也证明了穿孔的办法能够有效提高泡沫夹层复合材料的层间性能。
Aiming at the foam sandwich composite material, the foam perforation method is proposed to improve the interlayer performance of the foam sandwich composite material. The flat tensile strength of perforated foam sandwich composite was predicted by using finite element method. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the finite element model of perforated foam, and the strength of the single-hole structure was predicted. The volume fraction method was used to predict the flatness of porous structure Tensile strength. At the same time, this paper made a different number of holes experimental pieces, conducted a flat pull experiment. The experimental results show that the finite element model used in this paper can predict the flat tensile strength of the perforated foam sandwich composite accurately, and also prove that the perforation method can effectively improve the interlayer performance of the foam sandwich composite.
