发布招聘信息作为公开招聘工作中连接招聘单位和应聘人员的重要纽带,其渠道是否公开、有效直接影响到招聘的成败。东海航海保障中心对2015年事业单位报考人员进行问卷调查后发现,新媒体对招聘信息发布渠道的影响已日益显现。报考人员基本已放弃从传统纸质媒体中获取招聘信息,转向互联网、微博、微信等新媒体。根据调查结果提出拓宽网络媒体发布平台、加大校园招聘宣传力度、便利获取公开招聘信息等合理化建议,以期改进事业单位公开招聘信息发布渠道。
Post recruitment information as an important link in the open recruitment of recruitment units and candidates hiring an important link, the channel is open, effectively directly affect the success or failure of hiring. After conducting a questionnaire survey on applicants in institutions in 2015, the Maritime Safety Guarantee Center of the East China Sea found that the impact of new media on the channels for releasing recruitment information has become increasingly evident. Applicants have basically given up from the traditional paper-based media to obtain employment information, turn to the Internet, Weibo, WeChat and other new media. According to the results of the survey, it is proposed to broaden the platform for publishing online media, intensify campus recruitment and publicity efforts, and facilitate the rationalization of public recruitment information, so as to improve the channels for publishers to publicly recruit information.
