YRRM(YchromosomeRNArecognitionmotif)为AZF(无精子因子)的重要候选成分。应用PCR方法检测了50例正常男子、236例无精子症和82例严重少精子症男子基因组DNA中的YRRM1和YRRM2基因,发现中国男子无YRRM2基因,21例无精子症和3例严重少精子症患者有YRRM1的丢失。结果表明,应用该方法检测YRRM1基因片段是切实可行的,对无精子症和严重少精子症患者的病因诊断具有一定的应用价值
YRRM (YchromosomeRNArecognitionmotif) is an important candidate for AZF (azoospermia). YRRM1 and YRRM2 genes were detected by PCR in genomic DNA of 50 normal men, 236 azoospermia and 82 severe oligospermia, and found no YRRM2 gene in Chinese men, 21 cases of azoospermia and 3 cases of severe oligospermia Patients have a loss of YRRM1. The results showed that it is feasible to detect the YRRM1 gene fragment by this method and has some value in the diagnosis of azoospermia and severe oligospermia patients
