[目的]研究番茄纤维对铅中毒小鼠促排铅作用。[方法]小鼠腹腔注射醋酸铅溶液染毒8d,建立铅中毒模型后,灌胃低、中、高3个剂量番茄纤维及阳性对照药物EDTA,分别在7d、14d取样。空白对照和模型对照组灌胃给予去离子水。采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定心、肝、脑、肾中的铅含量,观察并统计番茄纤维对铅中毒小鼠心、肝、脑、肾中铅的促排作用。[结果]铅中毒小鼠给药7d、14d后,番茄纤维低、中、高3个不同剂量组排铅作用与铅中毒模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]番茄纤维组对铅中毒小鼠心、肝、脑、肾有明显的促排铅作用。
[Objective] To study the effect of tomato fiber on lead-induced lead excretion in mice with lead poisoning. [Methods] The mice were injected intraperitoneally with lead acetate solution for 8 days to establish a model of lead poisoning. The low, middle and high doses of tomato fiber and the positive control drug EDTA were respectively fed into the mice and sampled at 7d and 14d respectively. The blank control group and the model control group were given gavage with deionized water. The contents of lead in heart, liver, brain and kidney were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The effect of tomato fiber on lead in heart, liver, brain and kidney of lead poisoning mice was observed and calculated. [Result] The results showed that there were significant differences between lead poisoning model group and lead poisoning group after 3 days and 14 days of administration of lead poisoning mice (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The tomato fiber group had obvious lead-excretion-promoting effect on heart, liver, brain and kidney of lead poisoning mice.
