在我国,班主任,特别是中小学的班主任是学校管理的中坚力量,是影响学生的重要他人。事实上,班主任在校园内外扮演着各种角色,过重工作的负担远远超过了他们的体力,甚至是能力。于是理论界与实践者都对现有的班主任制度进行了反思,但多集中于“班主任专业化”的探讨。本刊从不同角度对班主任的角色进行梳理与分析,希望起到抛砖引玉的作用,使班主任制度能得到更多的关注和更深入的探讨!
In China, the head teacher, especially the head teacher of primary and secondary schools, is the backbone of school management and is an important other person that affects students. In fact, the head teacher plays a variety of roles on and off campus, and the burden of overwork is far greater than their physical strength or even their ability. Therefore, the theoretical circles and practitioners have reflected on the existing teacher-director system, but most of them focus on the discussion of the “professional teacher”. This publication sorts out and analyzes the role of the head teacher from different angles, hoping to play a role in attracting attention, so that the head teacher system can get more attention and more in-depth discussion!
