反应堆内试验压水回路在运行期间曾发生燃料元件破损,离子交换树脂柱投入净化的600小时之内,回路水的 pH 值能自动控制在9.5—10.5范围,去污因子从45降到6。对树脂柱分七段取样,混合树脂经丙酮-四氯化碳体系分离,分别测定阳、阴树脂的剩余交换容量和可恢复交换容量;测定阳树脂淋洗液中锂、铁和氨,并作光谱分析;测定阴树脂淋洗液中碳酸根、碳酸氢根、硫酸根和氯离子;对裂变产物碘-131和铯-137作放射化学分析。各种测量数据从交换柱顶到柱底呈均一分布,表明离子交换树脂柱已失效。
During the operation of the PWR water circuit, fuel components were damaged. Within 600 hours after the ion exchange resin column was put into purification, the pH value of the circuit water could be automatically controlled in the range of 9.5-10.5 and the decontamination factor decreased from 45 to 6. The resin column was divided into seven sections, the mixed resin was separated by acetone-carbon tetrachloride system, and the remaining exchange capacity and exchangeable exchange capacity of the cation and anion resin were measured separately. The lithium, iron and ammonia in the cation resin eluent were measured. For spectral analysis; determination of carbonate resin, bicarbonate, sulfate and chloride ions in the anion resin eluent; and radiometric analysis of the fission products iodine-131 and cesium-137. A variety of measurements from the top of the exchange column to the bottom of the column were evenly distributed, indicating that the ion exchange resin column has failed.
