企业待岗职工管理是企业员工管理的重要组成部分,企业团队管理成为企业在市场经济竞争中取得优势的重要因素,所以就必须加强员工队伍的管理。企业待岗职工是近年来常见的一个现象,企业待岗人员的管理成为重要的研究课题,本文对加强待岗员工的管理稍加探讨,最大限度地促进待岗职工重新上岗,减少待岗职工的产生。
The management of enterprises to be laid-off workers is an important part of the management of the employees. The management of the enterprises becomes an important factor for the enterprises to gain the advantage in the competition of the market economy. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the workforce. Enterprises waiting to be laid-off workers is a common phenomenon in recent years, the management of enterprises waiting to be laid-off has become an important research topic. This article discusses how to strengthen the management of employees to be laid-off, to maximize the re-appointment of employees waiting to be laid off and to reduce the number of workers to be laid-off.
