目的探讨Bmil-1在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法我院诊治的结直肠癌、癌旁结直肠黏膜、结直肠腺瘤病理标本,作为A组、B组和C组的研究对象,每组各60例,通过免疫组化法检测Bim-1蛋白表达,并分析Bim-1蛋白表达与结直肠癌分化程度、Dukes分期,以及有无淋巴结转移的相关性。结果与B,C组相比,A组Bim-1蛋白表达阳性率明显升高;与中高分化腺癌相比,低分化腺癌中Bim-1蛋白阳性表达率明显升高;与Dukes B期相比,Dukes C期标本中Bim-1蛋白阳性表达率明显升高;与无淋巴结转移相比,有淋巴结转移的标本中Bim-1蛋白阳性表达率明显升高。结论 Bmil-1蛋白的异常表达能够反应结直肠癌的发生、发展,有助于临床诊断和治疗。
Objective To investigate the expression of Bmil-1 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Colorectal cancer, paracancer colorectal mucosa and colorectal adenoma pathology specimens from our hospital were selected as study group A, group B and group C, with 60 cases in each group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Bim-1 Protein expression, and analysis Bim-1 protein expression and colorectal cancer differentiation, Dukes staging, and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis. Results The positive rate of Bim-1 protein in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C, and the positive rate of Bim-1 protein in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in moderately well-differentiated adenocarcinoma. Compared with non-lymph node metastasis, the positive rate of Bim-1 protein expression in Dukes C stage specimens was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis specimens. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Bmil-1 protein can reflect the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer, which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
