大鼠催乳素 (rPRL)基因转录调控过程主要涉及顺式作用元件和反式作用因子。目前 ,已鉴定出多种rPRL基因的反式作用因子 ,如垂体特异转录因子、催乳细胞特异转录因子和雌激素受体等。这些反式作用因子结合于rPRL基因上相应的顺式作用元件 ,发挥基因转录调控功能。此外 ,某些激素、多肽、生长因子、神经递质、第二信使、即早基因以及DNA结构的变化也能影响rPRL基因转录过程
The transcriptional regulation of rat prolactin (rPRL) gene mainly involves cis-acting elements and trans-acting factors. At present, a variety of rPRL gene trans-acting factors have been identified, such as pituitary-specific transcription factors, prolactin-specific transcription factors and estrogen receptors. These trans-acting factors bind to the corresponding cis-acting elements of the rPRL gene and function as a transcriptional regulator of the gene. In addition, some hormones, peptides, growth factors, neurotransmitters, second messengers, immediate early genes, and changes in DNA structure can also affect the transcription of the rPRL gene
