中国石油产品主要是由国有公司经营的稀缺产品,不怕没销路。但同样存在市场销售竞争问题。而且,同样赋有为建设社会主义和谐社会作贡献的义务和责任。因此也必须研究和应用现代企业的顾客满意战略。顾客满意战略是现代企业一种行之有效的经营战略。本文从顾客满意战略理论的起源、内涵入手。具体研究提出了加油站经营活动中的顾客满意内容系统,即顾客的理念满意系统、行为满意系统、视听满意系统、产品满意系统和服务满意系统。认为只有把经营思想从单纯的商品交易中解脱出来,使销售过程和服务手段体现人性化,才能从根本上提高加油站的竞争力,从而赢得顾客、赢得市场。
Chinese petroleum products are mainly scarce products run by state-owned companies and are not afraid of not selling them. But there is also the issue of marketing competition. Moreover, they are equally endowed with the obligation and responsibility to contribute to building a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, it is also necessary to study and apply the modern enterprise’s customer satisfaction strategy. Customer satisfaction strategy is an effective business strategy of modern enterprises. This article starts from the origin and connotation of customer satisfaction strategy theory. Specific research proposed gas station business activities of customer satisfaction content system, that is, customer satisfaction philosophy system, behavior satisfaction system, audio-visual satisfaction system, product satisfaction system and service satisfaction system. He believes that only by liberating business ideas from simple commodity transactions and humanizing the sales process and service means can we fundamentally improve the competitiveness of gas stations so as to win customers and win market.
