始于2008年下半年的全球经济危机给汽车产业带来了很大的冲击,全球汽车市场全面下跌。美国三大汽车企业中,通用和克莱斯勒全新重组,全球汽车零部件产业也受到不同程度的影响,并引发了新一轮企业破产重组浪潮。而与此同时,我国汽车产业在历经30多年的发展之后,虽然从规模上看已经处于世界前列,但大而不强却依然是中国汽车产业显著的特征。由此可见,对产业结构进行调整以及鼓励有条件的企业进行海外并购就成为中国汽车产业做大做强的必由之路。于是乎,广汽战略整合长丰、腾中收购悍马、吉利收购沃尔沃等事件在跌宕起伏的2009年接连出现。
The global economic crisis that started in the second half of 2008 has brought a great impact on the automobile industry. The global automotive market has been declining. Among the three major auto companies in the United States, GM and Chrysler have reorganized themselves and the global auto parts industry has also been affected to varying degrees, triggering a wave of bankruptcy reorganizations in a new round of business. However, at the same time, after more than 30 years of development, the automobile industry in our country is already in the forefront of the world in terms of scale. However, it is still not a prominent feature of China’s automobile industry. This shows that adjusting the industrial structure and encouraging qualified foreign mergers and acquisitions has become the only way for China’s auto industry to become bigger and stronger. Ever since, GAC’s strategic integration Changfeng, Tengzhong acquisition Hummer, Volvo and other auspicious events in the ups and downs of the series appeared in 2009.
