小保:春节过后,我与一家食品生产公司签订了一份为期两年的劳动合同,约定我从事食品包装工作,月薪3000元。如有超产,则按照公司的规定按月给予绩效奖金。可我仅上了一天班,公司就因为存在卫生隐患而被责令关闭。公司不得不提出解除与我的劳动合同。我虽然同意解除劳动合同,但要求公司给予解除劳动合同的经济补偿。公司一口拒绝,理由是我只工作了一天,还处于适应岗位阶段,自然无权索要补偿。

But I was only on a day shift, the company was ordered to close because of the existence of health risks. The company had to lift the labor contract with me. Although I agree to terminate the labor contract, but require the company to give economic compensation to terminate the labor contract. I refused a company, on the grounds that I only worked for a day, still in the stage of adaptation, naturally no right to claim for compensation.
