对原发性青光眼晚期７例病人９只眼作了经验概率图（Ｅｍｐｉｒｉｃｐｒｏｂａｂｉｌｉｔｙｍａｐｓ）检查，提出了模式偏差概率图（Ｐａｔｔｅｒｎｄｅｖｉａｔｉｏｎｐｒｏｂａｂｉｌｉｔｙｍａｐｓ，ＰＤＰＭｓ），对于弥漫性光敏感度下降的视野，不能辨别，提示不能单纯依赖ＰＤＰＭｓ检查青光眼视野的变化，而应结合总偏差概率图（Ｔｏｔａｌｄｅｖｉａｔｉｏｎｐｒｏｂａｂｉｌｉｔｙｍａｐｓ，ＴＤＰＭｓ）进行分析，同时尚应注意影响视野光敏感度变化的因素以及仪器的可靠判断指标，以求结果可靠。
Empiricprobability maps were examined in 9 eyes of 7 patients with primary glaucoma in the late stage, and the pattern deviance probabilities maps (PDPMs) were proposed. They could not be distinguished from the field of vision with diffuse light sensitivity, suggesting that they could not be relied upon PDPMs should examine the changes of visual field of glaucoma and should be combined with Total Deviation Probability Maps (TDPMs). At the same time, PDPMs should pay attention to the factors influencing the changes of light sensitivity of the visual fields and the reliable indicators of the instruments in order to obtain reliable results.
