本文介绍了 DQ—500型惰气发生装置的燃油除氧产生惰气的原理、构造和特点。详细介绍了与同类装置相比本装置独有的风油比自控系统的工作原理和作用。通过大量的试验数据确定了燃烧室和稳定器的结构以及喷油嘴的合理参数。提出了操作要求及使用时的注意事项并列举了本装置与国内外同类产品的技术性能的比较数据,从中看出本装置具有技术先进和性能稳定的优点。本装置研制成功和批量生产实现了我国 DQ 型灭火装置大中小型产品的系列化。本装置于1989年7月15日通过了由中国统配煤矿总公司和煤科总院组织的函审鉴定,建议由黑龙江省呼兰县煤矿安全器材厂批量生产在全国推广应用。
This article describes the principle, structure and characteristics of the inert gas produced by the deaeration of fuel by the DQ-500 inert gas generator. The working principle and function of the unique oil-air ratio automatic control system of the device compared with similar devices are introduced in detail. Through a large number of experimental data to determine the structure of the combustion chamber and the stabilizer as well as the nozzle of the reasonable parameters. Put forward the operating requirements and precautions when using and lists the comparative data of the technical performance of the device and similar products at home and abroad, from which we can see the device has the advantages of advanced technology and stable performance. The successful development of this device and mass production to achieve China’s DQ-type fire extinguishing devices large and small series of products. The device passed the letter audit organized by China National Coal Mine Corporation and Coal Science Institute on July 15, 1989. It is suggested that mass production of coal mine safety equipment factory in Hulan County, Heilongjiang Province should be popularized and applied nationwide.
