本文给出一种求解矩阵特征值问题的神经网络，理论分析和模拟结果都表明本文给出的网络可实时求解矩阵特征值问题。
In this paper, a neural network is proposed to solve the eigenvalue problem of the matrix. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed network solves the matrix eigenvalue problem in real time.
