新课程改革的进程中,改革的一个重点,就是改变学生的学习方式。自《新课程标准》中提出“积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式”教育教学理念后,小组合作探究学习这一新的教学形式,便改变了占垄断地位的传统班级教学方式,成为绝大多数教师教学过程中常用的方法。小组合作学习也成为学生进行自主、探究学习的一种重要的学习方式之一,它是在教师的主导下,群体研讨、协作交流、知识技能互补的一种学习方式。实际上,合作学习不仅仅是为了学习,而且更重要的是要培养学生的一种合作意识,让他们意识到小组中的每一个人都是学习伙伴,都是合作者。同时还要培养学生的一种团队精神,让学生通过小组成员之间的相互帮助、合作,感受到集体的力量,团队的力量。
