一、高速公路的管理现状与问题我国高速公路管理体制主要有四种模式:交通主管部门统一领导,公路管理机构实施行业管理,路段公司或事业管理处具体负责经营管理;交通厅下设高速公路管理局直接管理;由集团公司统一管理;交通主管部门统一管理,各路段成立公司或管理处负责经营。全国的高速公路管理模式繁多,各不相同,即使是划分为同一模式的省份的具体做法也不尽一致,但都存在着一个相同的特点,当某一条高速公路建设完工,即成立一个新的高速公路公司
