研究了杏鲍菇菌糠提取液及啤酒酵母发酵液对平菇、杏鲍菇和茶树菇液体培养菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,10%和20%的杏鲍菇菌糠提取液能显著提高平菇和杏鲍菇的菌丝体产量,其菌丝体干重分别为每100毫升2.2805 g和1.8899 g,较对照提高了67%和3%;10%和50%杏鲍菇菌糠提取液显著提高平菇和杏鲍菇的菌球数,分别为92 mL-1和65mL-1,较对照提高了114%和71%;但所试浓度(10%~80%)的菌糠提取液对茶树菇菌丝体的生长有一定的抑制作用。与对照相比,40%的啤酒酵母发酵液能显著提高平菇和杏鲍菇菌丝体产量,其产量分别为每100毫升4.5122 g和3.6640 g,较对照提高了275%和156%;而50%的啤酒酵母发酵液使茶树菇的菌丝体产量达每100毫升4.1263 g,较对照提高了201%;60%啤酒酵母发酵液显著提高平菇菌球密度,高达98 mL-1,较对照提高了46%,而浓度为50%时,则显著提高了杏鲍菇和茶树菇的菌球密度,分别达到73 mL-1和96 mL-1,分别较对照高出了40%和174%。
The effects of Pleurotus eryngii bran extract and beer yeast fermentation broth on mycelium growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii and Myricarchax sinensis were studied. The results showed that, compared with the control, 10% and 20% of Pleurotus eryngii bran extract can significantly improve the Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii mycelium production, the mycelium dry weight were 2.2805 g per 100 ml and 1.8899g, which was 67% and 3% higher than that of the control. 10% and 50% of Pleurotus eryngii bran extract significantly increased the number of mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii, which were 92 mL-1 and 65 mL-1, respectively The control increased by 114% and 71%, respectively.
