采用半合成椰油酯为基质,加入适宜的吸收促进剂,以热熔法制得IMC-NF-TMP复方栓剂,并进行了体外溶出的研究,数据按威布尔分布模型求得T50,Td等体外释放参数,经统计学处理,结果表明,十二烷基硫酸钠与癸酸钠对此栓剂中3种药物的体外溶出的有非常明显的促进作用。
IMC-NF-TMP compound suppository was prepared by hot-melt method by using semisynthetic coconut oil as matrix, adding appropriate absorption enhancer, and the in vitro dissolution was studied. The data were obtained by Weibull distribution model in vitro, such as T50 and Td The parameters were released and the results were statistically analyzed. The results showed that sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium caprate significantly promoted the in vitro dissolution of the three drugs in this suppository.
