我国传统茶文化植根于国人的生活行为特征之中,也成为了我国社会文化传统重要的组成部分。那么借助茶文化来疏导教学管理者的心态,或许将能助力教学管理模式的优化。具体的策略包括:教学管理者应从关注事转换到关注自我中来、多种形式下开展“以茶会友”式的教研活动、适当分散教学管理工作的注意力来以茶养心、增强自身茶文化思想修养积极面对管理工作等四个方面。
