游客自身的情绪体验是评价旅游活动是否成功的重要标准。本文就突发事件情境下游客的情绪变化特点,导游员对游客情绪的调控艺术等问题进行了分析,并拟构了几种突发事件情境下导游对游客情绪调控的应急处理方案,旨在引导旅游工作人员理性地对待游客的情绪问题。
Visitors’ own emotional experience is an important criterion for evaluating the success of tourism activities. This article analyzes the emotional changes of tourists in the context of emergency situations and guides the art of the regulation of tourists’ emotions, and proposes some emergency solutions to tourist emotion regulation in the context of emergency situations. Guide tourism staff to rationalize the emotional problems of tourists.
