随着社会经济的发展,我国的电力行业已成为重要的支柱产业,供电企业是电力行业的重要组成部分,是一种特殊的营销方式。供电企业是属于国家垄断的企业,经济主动权掌握在政府的手里,政府直接控制供电的价格,尽量维护消费者的利益。供电企业是一种规模经济性显著的企业,同一个地区的不能有两家供电企业,这样会导致成本和价格提高,因此损害了消费者的利益。而供电企业的薪酬管理工作存在很大的弊端,挫伤了工作人员的工作积极性。本文就主要针对供电企业薪酬管理制度中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施。
With the development of society and economy, China’s power industry has become an important pillar industry. Power supply enterprises are an important part of the power industry and a special marketing method. Power supply enterprises belong to the state monopoly enterprises, economic initiative in the hands of the government, the government directly control the price of power supply, try to safeguard the interests of consumers. Power supply enterprises are a kind of enterprises with significant economies of scale. There can not be two power supply enterprises in the same area, which leads to the increase of costs and prices, thus harming the interests of consumers. The power supply company’s pay management has great drawbacks, dampening the work enthusiasm of staff. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the compensation management system of power supply enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions.
