近日,张家港市总工会劳动人事争议仲裁庭正式成立。这也是今年张家港市总工会为职工办的实事工程之一。近年来,张家港市各级工会充分利用自身优势,认真履行工会的组织、维护和服务职能,在协调劳动关系、推动构建和谐社会方面做了大量工作,并取得了显著成效。截止目前,该市共建立各级工会劳动争议调解组织1524家,近三年来共受理劳动争议案件3653起,涉及职工12363人,其中涉及外来民工2210人次,共 Recently, Zhangjiagang City Federation of Trade Unions labor dispute arbitration formally established. In the past three years, a total of 3,653 labor dispute cases have been accepted, involving 12,363 workers, involving 2,210 migrant workers,
