教育家第斯多慧说:“教学的艺术不在于传授本领,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓励。”在教学工作中,激活学生的思维,调动他们的学习热情特别重要。激励教学能有效地调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,真正还学生学习的主体地位,使我们的语文课堂充满乐趣和魅力。不用说学生,就是我们老师,也是希望能得到别人给自己的鼓励,对自己的赞美。所以,作为一名教师,应不失时机地、实事求是地对学生进行鼓励,其教育效果会达到事半功倍的效果。鼓励就是为学生提供实现自我价值的机会,让他们在课堂教学的过程中得到老师和同学的赏识、认可。那么,激励教学方法在语文课堂中如何实施呢?

They also hope to receive encouragement from others and praise themselves. Therefore, as a teacher, students should be encouraged to seek opportunities and seek truth from facts. The effect of their education will be more effective. Encouragement is to provide students with the opportunity to achieve self-worth, so that they receive appreciation and recognition from teachers and classmates in the classroom teaching process. So, how to implement the teaching method in the Chinese language classroom?
