人力资源是企业发展的最重要的资源,人力资源知识化是人才引进、培养和使用的重要内容,更是企业管理不可忽视的关键。建立起富有生机与活力的用人机制,既可以帮助企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得持久性的竞争优势,也是适应社会主义市场经济发展的根本要求。本文分析了国有煤炭企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出了解决国有煤炭企业人力资源管理的对策。
Human resources are the most important resources for the development of an enterprise. Knowledge-based human resources is an important part of the introduction, cultivation and use of talents. It is also the key to enterprise management. The establishment of a vigorous and viable employment mechanism can both help enterprises gain a lasting competitive advantage in the fierce market competition and is also a fundamental requirement to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the human resource management of the state-owned coal enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the human resource management in the state-owned coal enterprises.
