树立学生在学习中的主体地位是教育领域对于“以人为本”先进理念的贯彻执行。但是“教师为主,学生为次”似乎已经成为了当今中国教育模式的代名词,在授课过程中很多教师往往采取一种以课本知识为中心,然后对学生进行“灌输式”的教学模式。这种情况下,学生的感受往往被视而不见,他们想法和意见更得不到充分的表达。新时代提倡“以人为本”的观念体现在教育中即是对学生的重视,旨在激发学生的思维,可以让课堂更加有效。以下,笔者将结合实践,浅谈如何在职高数学教学中秉承“以人为本”的理念,切实加强职高数学教育的实效性。 Establishing the dominant position of students in learning is the implementation of the advanced concept of “people-oriented” in the field of education.
