树立学生在学习中的主体地位是教育领域对于“以人为本”先进理念的贯彻执行。但是“教师为主,学生为次”似乎已经成为了当今中国教育模式的代名词,在授课过程中很多教师往往采取一种以课本知识为中心,然后对学生进行“灌输式”的教学模式。这种情况下,学生的感受往往被视而不见,他们想法和意见更得不到充分的表达。新时代提倡“以人为本”的观念体现在教育中即是对学生的重视,旨在激发学生的思维,可以让课堂更加有效。以下,笔者将结合实践,浅谈如何在职高数学教学中秉承“以人为本”的理念,切实加强职高数学教育的实效性。
Establishing the dominant position of students in learning is the implementation of the advanced concept of “people-oriented” in the field of education. However, “teachers are dominant and students are secondary” seems to have become synonymous with the current Chinese educational model. Many teachers tend to take a knowledge-based approach to teaching and then “instil” their students Teaching mode. In this case, the students’ feelings are often ignored, and their ideas and opinions can not be fully expressed. The concept of advocating “people-oriented ” in the new era is embodied in education, that is, the emphasis on students is to stimulate students’ thinking and make the classroom more effective. The following, the author will combine practice, talk about how to take up the concept of “people-oriented” in vocational high mathematics teaching and earnestly strengthen the effectiveness of vocational mathematics education.
