从炉缸问题调查着手,通过大量理论计算指出了炉缸气隙的危害,并结合现场调查、施工和生产实践,分析了炉缸产生气隙的各种因素,最终提出了从设计、施工到高炉操作的这些炉缸长寿链上各关键环节系统防止炉缸气隙的有效措施,为高炉炉缸实现无气隙化操作、实现炉缸长寿提供了全面的解决方案。研究指出夹壳式冷却方式、热水烘炉、防止炉缸漏水是减小炉缸气隙最有效的措施。
Starting with the investigation of the hearth problem, the author points out the hazards of the hearth air gap through a large number of theoretical calculations. Combining with the field investigation, construction and production practice, various factors of the air gap in the hearth are analyzed.
