目的分析溶血对肿瘤患者生化检验准确性的影响及纠正方法。方法选取我院2013-05-2015-09期间抽取60例,将其进行随机分配,具体分为对照组与实验组,每组各30例,其中对照组为未溶血样本,实验组为溶血样本,通过对两组血清样本的天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(天门冬氨酸基转移酶,AST)和肌酸激酶同工酶(血清肌酸激酶同工酶)、乳酸脱氢酶与总蛋白、肌酸激酶等指标评定,结合统计学分析法对血清溶血变化值和血红蛋白浓度进行分析,对其影响因素进行纠正。结果通过两组实验数据的对比分析,溶血样本测定值明显大于未溶血样本测定值,两组数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论不同浓度下的溶血样本对肿瘤患者生化检验准确性有显著影响,结合统计学分析法可对其进行纠正与改善,能保证生化检验具有一定的完整性,避免出现不必要的影响,为我国肿瘤患者的治疗和诊断提供有利依据,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of hemolysis on the biochemical test accuracy of tumor patients and to correct the method. Methods Totally 60 cases were selected during our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group, in which the control group was undissolved and the experimental group was hemolysis , Aspartate aminotransferase (aspartate aminotransferase, AST) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (serum creatine kinase isoenzyme), lactate dehydrogenase and total protein , Creatine kinase and other indicators of assessment, combined with statistical analysis of changes in serum hemolysis and hemoglobin concentration analysis of its influencing factors to be corrected. Results By comparing the two experimental data, the measured values of hemolysis samples were significantly higher than those of non-hemolysis samples, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Hemolysin samples at different concentrations have a significant effect on the accuracy of biochemical tests in patients with cancer. Corrections and improvements can be made with statistical analysis to ensure that the biochemical tests have a certain degree of integrity and avoid unnecessary impacts. The treatment and diagnosis of cancer patients provide favorable basis, it is worth clinical promotion.
