提出简便实用的斜齿轮修形量计算方法,并运用电场控制理论完善了电化学修形工艺。该工艺不仅适用硬齿面齿轮,还适用于因受齿轮结构限制而不能实行机械修形的各种齿轮。
A simple and practical method for calculating the amount of helical gear modification is proposed and the electrochemical modification process is improved by using the electric field control theory. The process not only applies to hard-toothed gear, but also to a variety of gears that can not be mechanically modified due to gear structure constraints.
