人本管理以其突出人在管理中的地位、尊重个人需求的特点得到企业大力倡导。彼得·圣吉的《第五项修炼》中的自我超越,正是通过个人与组织共同成长的学习修炼,以激发个人潜能带动自我超越,并通过组织整体的自我超越提升组织生命力。实现组织和个人的共同成长,便使人本管理有了实践的根基。自我超越是推动企业人本管理的必要途径,企业人本管理的落实有赖于自我超越理念的指导。
Human-based management has been vigorously advocated by enterprises due to its prominent position in management and respect for individual needs. The self-transcendence in Peter Fifth’s “Fifth Cultivation” is through the study and practice of common development of individuals and organizations, in order to stimulate individual potential to drive self-transcendence and enhance organizational vitality through self-transcendence of the organization as a whole. To achieve the common growth of organizations and individuals, people-oriented management has the foundation of practice. Self-transcendence is the necessary way to promote the human-based management of enterprises. The implementation of human-based management in enterprises depends on the guidance of self-transcendence concept.
