目的探讨玻璃陶瓷高嵌体和金属全冠修复根管治疗后下颌前磨牙的抗折强度。方法选取2014年10月—2015年11月在本院接受正畸治疗需拔除下颌前磨牙共60颗,随机分为A、B及C组。A组采用3M流体树脂垫底,同时采用3M纳米树脂z350进行充填;B组在A组基础上,采用钴铬合金金属全冠修复进行牙体预备;C组采用3M流体树脂垫底,常规牙体预备,并用高嵌体黏结进行修复。三组及以上计量资料比较采用方差分析,再采用LSD法进行两两比较;计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 A组最大抗压载荷值为(223.34±42.12),B组为(258.03±54.46),C组为(313.87±32.98),三组最大抗压载荷值比较,差异有统计学意义(F=5.741,P<0.05)。两两比较,B组最大抗压载荷值高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组最大抗压载荷值高于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。三组不可复性折裂所占比例比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.009,P<0.05),其中B组不可复性折裂所占比例高于A、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组不可复性折裂所占比例高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经根管治疗后的牙体修复中,玻璃陶瓷高嵌体修复方式的效果更好。
Objective To investigate the flexural strength of mandibular premolars after root canal treatment with glass ceramic inlays and metal crowns. Methods A total of 60 mandibular premolar teeth were selected from October 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital for orthodontic treatment and were randomly divided into A, B and C groups. Group A was filled with 3M fluid resin and filled with 3M nano resin z350. Group B was treated with cobalt-chromium alloy metal crown restoration for group B on the basis of group A. Group C was treated with 3M fluid resin and conventional dental preparation , And with high inlay bonding repair. Three groups and above measurement data were compared using analysis of variance, and then use the LSD method for any comparison; count data were compared usingχ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The maximum compressive load of group A was (223.34 ± 42.12), that of group B was (258.03 ± 54.46) and that of group C was (313.87 ± 32.98). There was significant difference between the three groups in maximum compressive load (F = 5.741, P <0.05). The maximum compressive load of group B was higher than that of group A (P <0.05), and the maximum compressive load of group C was higher than that of group A and group B (all P <0.05). There was significant difference between the three groups (χ ~ 2 = 17.009, P <0.05). The proportion of non-refastenable fractures in group B was higher than that in groups A and C Statistical significance (P <0.01). The proportion of non-refastenable fractures in group A was higher than that in group C (P <0.01). Conclusions In the dental restoration after root canal treatment, the effect of glass-ceramic inlay restoration is better.
