高职教育对于培养生产工作中的高素质人员具有重要作用,而实训室的教学对于提升高职学生的操作技能及安全规范起到关键效果。通过以往的教学和实践发现,在数控机床的实训室中,存在着一些安全隐患,再加上学生们的安全意识薄弱、不遵守纪律,很容易造成安全事故的发生。基于此,本文以数控车床实训室的日常管理为研究主题,对当前我国的高职实训室教育进行了一些探讨,希望能够为相关部门提供参考。 Higher vocational education plays an important role in cultivating high-quality personnel in production work, and teaching in practical training rooms plays a key role in improving vocational skills and safety norms of higher vocational students. Through the teaching and practice in the past, we found that there are some potential safety hazards in the training room of CNC machine tools. Coupled with the students’ weak sense of safety and non-compliance, it is easy to cause safety accidents. Based on this, this article takes the day-to-day management of CNC lathe training room as the research topic, and discusses some current problems in our country’s vocational training room education, hoping to provide references for relevant departments.
