臭氧空洞导致地表UV-B辐射增强,影响了植物–病原菌互作体系的生理生化过程与特征,主要有:UV-B辐射诱导病原菌形成防御体系,影响其生长繁殖,改变了病原菌的致病性;UV-B辐射增强诱导植物形成形态结构和生理生化防御,改变植物的抗病性,进而影响植物病害的发生。利用病情进展曲线下面积(AUDPC),通过计算UV-B辐射对植物病害发生的综合影响因子,评价UV-B辐射对植物–病原菌互作体系影响程度。
The ozone hole leads to the enhancement of the surface UV-B radiation, which affects the physiological and biochemical processes and characteristics of the plant-pathogen interaction system. The main causes are: UV-B radiation induces the formation of a defensive system of pathogenic bacteria that affects their growth and reproduction and changes the pathogenicity of pathogens ; UV-B radiation enhanced the formation of plant morphology and physiological and biochemical defense, to change the plant’s disease resistance, thereby affecting the occurrence of plant diseases. The area under curve of disease progression (AUDPC) was used to evaluate the effect of UV-B radiation on the plant-pathogen interaction system by calculating the integrated impact factors of UV-B radiation on plant diseases.
