利用荧光光谱法研究了11种黄酮类化合物与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用,计算了黄酮与BSA作用的各种参数(结合常数、结合位点数及结合距离),比较了不同结构取代对黄酮与BSA结合的影响.利用分子模拟技术,建立了上述黄酮与BSA作用大小的定量构效关系.
The interaction between flavonoids and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. Various parameters (binding constants, number of binding sites and binding distances) of flavonoids and BSA were calculated. The effects of different structures on flavonoids and BSA binding.Using molecular modeling technique, the quantitative structure-activity relationship between the above-mentioned flavonoids and BSA was established.
